Preview shows a blank screen

You might occasionally encounter a blank screen while previewing your project. If the issue persists longer than usual, try these measures to restore your project

1. Version restoration

  • Revert to the last known stable version of your project
  • Navigate to Version History in your project settings
  • Select the most recent functional version and revert
  • Recompile and test preview functionality

2. Error diagnostics

  • Open browser developer tools
  • Navigate to the Console tab
  • Document any error messages or warnings
  • Check the Network tab for failed resource loads

3. System checks

  • Verify stable internet connection
  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Test in an incognito/private browsing window
  • Try alternative supported browsers
