Step 1: Build the Initial Website with a Simple Prompt

First things first, we need a starting point. You don't need to think about design or layout. Just tell the AI what you do and what you want the website to achieve.

Here’s the prompt I used: Build a website for {your name} that coaches {target audience} {what you teach}.

Highly recommend: Tell AI the website goal (get more booking/ get people to click to my external links/get people to fill in the form etc.) so heybossAI can optimize based on conversion.

Don't forget to choose a style!

Build a website for coach Hayley Carr that teaches career women how to balance work and life and cope with overwhelmingness. 

Website Goal: Book my calendar for initial consultation. Definitely include testimonials from career moms; Certified Life Coach.

The AI immediately generated a beautiful, professional-looking website with relevant sections, text, and images. It's the perfect first draft.

Step 2: Make It Functional with Calendly

A "Book a Call" button is useless if it doesn't go anywhere. Let's connect it to Calendly to make it a real booking tool. I told the AI:

When someone clicks on 'Book a Free Call' or 'Book a Free Discovery Call' button, open up my Calendly in a popup. My Calendly link is https://calendly.com/metadj/15min

If you use Google Calendar, you can replace with your Google link(find your link here)

Just like that, the website is now an automated booking machine. No more back-and-forth emails to schedule a call!

Step 3: Add Lead Qualification Questions

Want to make sure you're only talking to your ideal clients? You can ask qualifying questions before they book a call. This is a game-changer for saving time. I gave the AI this instruction:

Only show the Calendly page if the user works in tech AND is ready to get a coach within 1 month. Ask qualification questions. Otherwise, just show a thank you page.

Write me 3 qualification questions for people who are willing to commit now and then show my calendly
